Amazon's Prime Day Early Access Kicks Off

Amazon is letting Prime members get a head start on savings with early deals ahead of the official Prime Day event on June 23-26. This pre-Prime Day shopping window offers discounts across a wide spectrum of products, from electronics and household essentials to fashion and travel.

Prime members can now shop significant markdowns on Amazon's own hardware. Savings reach up to 60% on devices featuring Alexa, including Echo Dot Max and Echo Show models. Further discounts of up to 65% are available on Kindle, Ring, Echo, Fire TV, Blink, and eero products. This includes bundles like the Kindle Colorsoft Essentials and Ring Battery Doorbell Plus.

Grocery and Household Savings

For everyday needs, Prime members can leverage deals on groceries. This includes free Same-Day Delivery on orders over $25 in many areas. At Whole Foods Market, an additional 10% off sale items online and in-store is available, alongside exclusive weekly deals.

Amazon is also enhancing its rapid delivery services, offering 30-minute delivery on thousands of grocery items and essentials through Amazon Fresh and other partnered retailers.

Small Business and Budget Finds

Early deals are also spotlighting small businesses, with options to discover and shop these vendors through Alexa or dedicated sections on Amazon.com. The Amazon Haul section features products starting as low as $1, with discounts on crafting supplies, tech gadgets, fashion items, and home goods.

Literary and Entertainment Deals

Bookworms can stock up with savings up to 65% on print books and up to 80% off select Kindle titles. Audible listeners can find deals starting at $4.99, and new subscribers to Kindle Unlimited and Audible can get three months free.

Select Prime Video titles, including new releases, are available for rent or purchase at up to 50% off. Subscription deals via Prime Video start at $0.99 per month.

Travel and Financial Perks

Summer travel planning is also included, with Prime members able to save up to 30% on Avis and Budget car rentals. Hotel discounts are available, including 10% off select Chicago hotels.

New Prime Visa cardholders can receive a $200 Amazon gift card upon approval between June 11 and July 9. Existing cardholders can earn increased cash back on select deals during Prime Day.

Back-to-School and Fashion

The Back to School and Off to College Shops offer discounts on supplies, dorm essentials, and tech. Savings include up to 45% off school supplies and up to 40% off laptops from brands like HP and ASUS.

Fashion deals are also live, covering summer trends and thousands of K-beauty products. Amazon Essentials and Amazon Basics lines offer discounts on apparel and outdoor gear.
