Stampli, an intelligent procure-to-pay platform, dramatically compressed its product launch cycle for its new Deep Finance offering, transforming an estimated 243 hours of production work into just 77 hours using OpenAI's Codex and ChatGPT Work. This acceleration, reducing launch production time from weeks to days, highlights a broader trend of AI integration in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
The Deep Finance product, designed to provide executive spend intelligence for CFOs and business leaders, required a rapid GTM strategy. With a fixed deadline and other design resources already allocated, Stampli's marketing team turned to AI. They utilized Codex to connect product context, meeting notes, and messaging guidelines into a unified system, generating assets for a seven-part blog series, launch emails, a webinar, social media creative, a press release, and sales enablement materials. Even complex tasks like creating launch animations were significantly expedited, with Codex handling about 90% of the work before final contractor refinement. The entire process from prototype to launch, including the first shipped product, was completed in roughly six weeks, a timeline that previously might have spanned months.
