Job Description
As a Music Growth Manager at Duetti, you will drive the execution and coordination of strategies that improve the performance of our catalog across platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and TikTok. This role sits at the intersection of music expertise, project management, and stakeholder communication.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of growth initiatives—from identifying opportunities and pitching tracks, to coordinating execution across internal and external partners, to tracking performance and iterating on strategies. Success in this role requires a highly organized operator who can manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with creative and platform stakeholders.
This role combines music and cultural insight, operational rigor, and commercial instinct. You will play a key role in ensuring that the right tracks are prioritized, effectively positioned, and consistently supported through structured processes and clear communication.
