  • As a key experienced member of the team, you will set a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients – providing an example for junior colleagues to follow. You will also provide guidance, mentoring and training to less-experienced underwriters – and support them in building their broker network.

  • You will use pricing tools and judgement to produce technical target premium, coverage terms/conditions and deal structure.
