Pathogen Data Network Outreach (PDN) is a Swiss-US consortium creating an interoperable ecosystem of linked knowledgebases, data, and analysis tools to support infectious disease research and strengthen scientific preparedness. They serve researchers, analysts, infrastructure leaders, data hub managers, technical experts, data stewards, public health professionals, and developers by providing access to datasets, tools, training, and opportunities for collaboration. PDN drives action through targeted workshops and fosters open dialogue within a global community to shape the future of pathogen data resources.
