Pathogen Data Network Outreach

Pathogen Data Network (PDN) is a Swiss-US consortium building an interoperable ecosystem of knowledgebases, data, and analysis tools to support infectious disease research and strengthen scientific preparedness. They provide researchers and analysts with access to datasets, analysis tools, and training, while also collaborating with infrastructure leaders to align practices and advance data systems. PDN fosters a global community through open dialogue and events, connecting researchers, data stewards, public health professionals, and developers.
