Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
The main objective of this position is to deliver medical equipment, medical oxygen cylinders and associated products and services to patients. The Home Healthcare Technician (HHCT) also provides patients with a comprehensive set-up, including patient education, and on-going support service as well as reviewing and maintaining the equipment on a regular basis. The HHCT follows delivery/maintenance runs that are scheduled daily by the region’s customer service team. The HHCT’s also have to perform regular on-call duties to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours.Reports to the Homecare Operations Manager.

Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.
