How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Responsible for cash management operations & optimization (daily liquidity, cash flow, funding, cash investments, payments, management of bank accounts and bank relationships)

  • Optimize bank account structure, implement global cash pooling, and maximize efficiency.

  • Foreign exchange risk management. (FX hedging)

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, financial analyses and other Treasury activities, such as debt financing, employee share purchase plan, bank guarantee, dividend repatriation.

  • Leverage TMS and ERP platforms to streamline operations. (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Microsoft D365, etc..)

  • Partner with various internal teams on these activities, including Controllers, Tax, Legal, Product Management and Risk Management.

  • Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage treasury reporting (Monitor, forecast and report cash flows, liquidity, regulatory requirements, etc..)

  • Constant engagement / involvement on Continuous Improvement activities / projects.

  • Effectively manage and be accountable for regular weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables.

Are you a MATCH?

The successful candidate should have:

  • Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in treasury, audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting is required

  • Experience in handling Treasury operational activities is a must.

  • Must be fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

  • Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and rigor

  • Strong stakeholder management, people management and interpersonal skills

  • Conversant in Oracle and Google Suite is a preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
