Snowflake and Veeva are joining forces to unlock agentic AI capabilities within the life sciences sector. This strategic collaboration aims to connect the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for Healthcare & Life Sciences with the Veeva Vault Platform, promising significant innovation across the entire value chain.

The new Snowflake Openflow Connector for Veeva Vault allows organizations to securely integrate read-only Veeva data into Snowflake. This integration supports end-to-end analytics and AI applications without extensive engineering effort, covering critical areas like clinical trials, safety monitoring, regulatory submissions, quality control, and commercial operations.

The partnership promises faster, cross-functional insights by breaking down data silos. It enables asking complex questions and receiving rapid answers, advancing reporting for quality, clinical, and commercial functions through conversational insights and operational agentic workflows.

A key benefit is the advancement of agentic AI on unified data. This facilitates improved quality, clinical, and commercial reporting by leveraging data retrieval agents and operational workflows mapped directly to business process logic.
