A number of angel investors also participated in the round, including Nat Friedman (Github), Michael Scarpelli (Snowflake/ServiceNow), Dave Schneider (ServiceNow), Howie Liu (Airtable), Slavik Markovich (Demisto/Palo Alto Networks), and others.

The platform understands and learns from the agents' tasks during ticket resolution, mines these tasks and then generates automations for repetitive tasks across ticketing systems, business applications, spreadsheets, customer databases, CRM platforms, and beyond.
