B2B marketing is full of obituaries. Cold email is dead. SEO is finished. LinkedIn is too crowded. Webinars stopped working two years ago. Every cycle brings a fresh set of predictions about which channels have crossed the line from saturated to useless.
The reality is more boring and more useful: channels don't die, they mature. What actually happens is that low-effort tactics stop working, and teams without the infrastructure to run them well start attributing their own execution gaps to channel death. The teams generating pipeline from email, content, and paid in 2026 are running the same channels they were running in 2022, just with better data, tighter segmentation, and tooling that routes signals into action instead of waiting for someone to check a dashboard.
