  • Stabilizers (approx. 60% of companies): These organizations are largely stalled, with misaligned strategies and a focus on maintaining existing operations. The opportunity lies in modernizing visible systems, measuring value in real-time, and rebuilding momentum through step-by-step improvements.
  • Optimizers (approx. one-third of companies): Having completed core migrations, these companies focus on continuity rather than innovation. The goal is to break incrementalism by tying cost, performance, and intelligence to outcomes and establishing a repeatable engine for innovation.
  • Innovators (8% of companies): These leaders are moving from local AI use cases to enterprise-wide reinvention but still face challenges with full data integration and automation. The focus is on hardwiring AI into core workflows and targeting board-level outcomes.
