The Asia-Pacific region, a significant driver of global economic growth, is also disproportionately vulnerable to climate change impacts. Despite advancements in green technology, a recent analysis indicates these innovations are not scaling quickly enough to counter the region's growing environmental risks. This accelerator seeks to bridge that gap.

The three-month program is open to startups, research teams, and non-profit organizations across APAC. Participants will focus on applying frontier AI to solve problems in key areas including nature conservation, climate action, sustainable agriculture, and renewable energy.

Selected organizations will gain access to invaluable mentorship from Google AI experts and receive tailored support. A key component will be assistance in integrating cutting-edge AI and science models into their existing projects or products. This program is designed to empower innovators already working on climate solutions to scale their impact.

The Google DeepMind Accelerator Asia Pacific program commences with an intensive in-person bootcamp in Singapore. Interested parties can learn more and register their interest via the official announcement.
