Soooooo many extra hidden fees. TERRIBLE support. We are looking to switch and from what I see,... that is going to be costly to get away from. Don't believe the BS.

5k Is only possible because they'll have a garunteed way to extract it back over your time in their locked in contract.

Wow just finding out Shift4 set me up with a third party MCA for my equipment. This is not good at all. These companies are very bad!

Please don't do it! The fees are crazy. Fee for $4,000 to cancel. Plus I have to return the equipment that I paid on for 4 years at $233/ months over $10k the sham 😢

Shift Four FOUR will likely be acquired imo. It’s a fact that on Feb 7 Jared Isaacman has officially relinquished his super-voting power over Shift4 Payments (FOUR).

Terrible POS, lousy Support, predatory business practices and buggy transaction manager. I have to call twice a month for stuck transactions and each time is a 60-90 minute exercise in extreme frustration.

I would wait for FOUR to really get a handle on their Debt/Equity .. at a 2.87 you are slowly approaching bankruptcy protection levels.. so the story may sound romantic .. but the numbers do not lie

Significant share dilution.

Deep value. The stock popped over 10% after earnings but fell all the way to $61 because of overall market panic. Shame I loaded the boat too aggressively in the 70s, can't afford to buy right now. Happy to hold a bunch of shares though 😎

Great presentation. I'd aggressively buy this company, but I completely agree: the debt load and management's handling of that debt are a significant red flag for me

Funny timing. I just bought a 1.5% position today. I would be willing to let it grow to a larger position, but probably not adding more money

Low level efficiency

Glitches

I love the app when it works, but when it constantly kicks me out of manager mode and we have to go back in and redo everything every other day it really makes me want to find something else and as a company we may be looking into doing so

No Owner/Manager Functionality

Pretty basic functionality. No way for an owner to simply check the schedule from a mobile device and verify shifts.
