Lausanne-based Reshape Systems SA, a spin-off from CERN, recently closed an oversubscribed €8856k pre-Seed funding round. Backbone Ventures led the investment. Heartfelt, GF BRYCK Ventures, Kyle Kosic, and N&V Capital also participated in the round.
