Ravi Kumar S, CEO of Cognizant, emphasized the company's role as a bridge between rapidly advancing AI capabilities and enterprise absorption challenges. He highlighted Cognizant's industry context, engineering scale, and trust frameworks as critical for delivering production outcomes with AI they can rely on.

Daniela Amodei, President of Anthropic, noted that the deepened partnership will enable more companies to harness AI's potential in practical ways. She pointed to Cognizant's work in sectors like manufacturing and AI in life sciences as examples of AI demonstrating significant value.

Cognizant is already applying its internal learnings to client projects. Recent successes include a customer experience portal for a global manufacturer, an agentic contract-intelligence system for a biopharmaceutical firm that reduced review time by up to 40 percent, and a risk-navigation tool for underwriters that saves them approximately eight hours per week.

This strategic expansion aims to accelerate the adoption of reliable Anthropic Claude enterprise solutions, moving beyond experimentation to tangible business outcomes.
