Yotpo loyalty feels bloated if all you want is a simple retention setup. There are so many features and settings that it becomes annoying to manage if your goal is just getting customers to come back more often.
We tried Yotpo loyalty since we were already using them for reviews, so it seemed like an easy add-on. But once we got into it, it just felt way too heavy for what it’s supposed to do.
I was getting multiple errors on product pages saying "Main Entity Missing" and error field was generating dynamic ID yotpo .com/id/#FAQs. I tried disabling the addon and changed the settings but nothing worked so I added following code in…
Yotpo Sunsetting Email and SMS. What is everyone using? I found they were one one of the affordable solutions. The costs were minimal. Klaviyo kept raising prices I switched to Yotpo.
I am looking for a good review app. Can't afford to pay a crazy amount (if any - would prefer free options until my shop is making money). Yotpo is the worst customer service.
