Is WebPT system still a bad as it was a few years ago?
So my company uses WebPT 2.0 which sucks because it has no smart text. About a year or so ago they advertised the magical tool and i downloaded the extension and it’s been a great time saver.
I am so over WebPT. I Feel like it is constantly down, notes not saving, etc. It makes doing our job that much harder. Not a single outcome measure or note has successfully saved this morning and now we cant even get into the site.
WebPT feels bulky and time consuming to me. It's taking me twice as long to document evals and the flowsheets/DNs just don't feel well organized.
