AlixLabs

AlixLabs is a Swedish semiconductor startup spun off from Lund University, focused on making the production of semiconductors in the ångström (Å) era more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. They are a pure-play ALE company offering equipment and processes for manufacturing nanostructures with characteristic sizes smaller than 20 nanometers. Their proprietary APS (Atomic Pitch Splitting) technology enables energy-efficient fabrication of structures beyond the resolution limits of optical and electron beam lithography, reducing process steps and increasing throughput. AlixLabs' solutions integrate seamlessly into existing production workflows and are designed for 300mm logic and DRAM silicon wafers (FinFET, GAAFET) as well as 150/200mm wafers for power electronics on gallium nitride (GaN). Their technology also contributes to reduced power and water consumption and lower emissions.
