I am an accomplished results-oriented finance executive with a well-rounded background in venture capital, investment banking, and corporate finance. With 20 years of experience, I have consistently worked closely with CEOs, CFOs, executive teams and boards , providing strategic guidance and financial expertise to drive growth and success for enterprise software / SaaS and Fintech companies. As a board member, investor, investment banker and trusted partner, I have guided management teams through their growth journey, offering valuable quantitative and qualitative analyses, insights and support in strategic, operational, and financial decision-making including: financial planning (FP&A), annual budgets, financial feasibility of new initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, affordability of growth strategies, and execution of strategic corporate development / M&A opportunities, as well as various capital markets activities (equity capital raising, IPOs, debt financings). In my role as General Partner I am also responsible for investor relations activities, fund capital raising and a range of business development activities.
