Always with the goal in mind, always with attention to details and always with respect to the individuals. I am a quick learner, a logical thinker and a big picture seer. Before ReturnGO, the two big projects I got to build from the ground up in my career so far have been NBAR2 at Cisco and Wi-Fi Conductor (aka Wireless Doctor) at Technicolor. Both reached best in their class status against all odds. ReturnGO is the awesome third big one. In the year and a half I spent at Sigmadots, I was able to build a strong and agile team, design and implement sophisticated distributed system algorithms as well as cyber security solutions based on it. In 2020, in light of the COVID-19 worldwide crisis, Sigmadots has been shut down. In 2018, I got a chance to pursue a vision of a paperless world, defining a product and a business model to solve real problems in that space. I moved on after the technological POC, as it seems the business case may not be mature enough to pursue at this point.

We launched and founded Shlomo Shmeltzer Institute for Smart Transportation at Tel Aviv University, an interdisciplinary hub as well as the first of its kind in Israel, where Students from all over the World can learn about the future transportation, which aim is to serve as a platform that promotes applied research, encourages cooperation and knowledge transfer between researchers and leading Organizations in the Israeli as well as global economy within the smart transportation arena.
