(Shlomo Shmeltzer) Shlomo Group President and Shlomo Group Active Partner in establishment and development, together with my husband, the late Shlomo Shmeltzer and my children. Active in the field of welfare, human resources and contribution to the community. The main values ​​that have always guided Shlomo were Zionism and love for the State of Israel. In alignment with these values, we have always done and continue to do all in our power to create as many jobs as possible. All this while creating the best work climate for Employees as a place that nurtures their professional development and promotes the Shlomo Group various Companies’ and Divisions’ growth. Today, the Automotive Division employs approximately 1,500 people in Israel alone, while the Group in its entirety employs approximately 5,000 Worldwide. Dedicated to Shlomo Legacy continuance, I carry on taking an active role across all of Shlomo Group Companies that we had founded together. Nowadays, a significant part of my efforts is dedicated to honoring, commemorating and carrying on Shlomo‘s name and life's work: We established Shlomo Shmeltzer Renewable Energy Wind Farm in Ma'ale Gilboa, including a Visitors Center and Auditorium in which the Guests can learn about the utilization of wind and green energy. We launched and founded Shlomo Shmeltzer Institute for Smart Transportation at Tel Aviv University, an interdisciplinary hub as well as the first of its kind in Israel, where Students from all over the World can learn about the future transportation, which aim is to serve as a platform that promotes applied research, encourages cooperation and knowledge transfer between researchers and leading Organizations in the Israeli as well as global economy within the smart transportation arena. We are also proud to reward our Employees with annual Scholarships and Grants towards their children's Academic studies on Shlomo’ name.
