LambdaTest, the leading cloud-based unified testing platform, has announced a $38 million funding round led by Avataar Ventures, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures. This investment brings LambdaTest’s total funding to $108 million and will accelerate the development of its groundbreaking QA innovations, including KaneAI, the world’s first AI Native QA Agent-as-a-Service platform.
With over 15,000 customers, including Fortune 500 companies, LambdaTest is at the forefront of software quality assurance (QA). Its platform supports testing for websites, apps, and web applications across 5,000 devices and browsers. Key innovations include KaneAI, which automates QA processes with AI-driven insights, and HyperExecute, an AI-native test orchestration cloud that enables teams to execute tests 70% faster than traditional methods, significantly enhancing efficiency and precision.
“KaneAI is more than a tool—it’s a transformative approach to QA, empowering teams to test smarter and faster with less manual effort,” said Asad Khan, CEO and co-founder of LambdaTest. “This funding allows us to extend the capabilities of KaneAI and HyperExecute, delivering even greater value to businesses navigating complex software development cycles.”
LambdaTest’s customers span a global user base of over 2.3 million developers and testers across 130 countries. The platform has facilitated more than 1.2 billion tests to date, supporting rapid growth in QA efficiency and accelerated software release cycles.
LambdaTest’s AI-driven solutions address critical bottlenecks in software testing. KaneAI reduces manual test script generation by 40–70%, while HyperExecute enhances testing speed and error detection by up to 60%. These innovations meet the growing demand for faster, scalable, and more effective QA processes as industries adopt agile and DevOps methodologies.
“In a world where digital transformation is reshaping industries, LambdaTest delivers unmatched speed, accuracy, and scalability for quality assurance,” said Nishant Rao, Founding Partner at Avataar Ventures. “As AI becomes integral to cloud and device-based applications, LambdaTest’s comprehensive product suite is revolutionizing software quality assurance," added Quinn Li, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Qualcomm Ventures.
Founded in 2017, LambdaTest has raised $70 million in prior funding from investors like Premji Invest, Sequoia Capital India, and Blume Ventures. The startup has achieved over 105% year-over-year growth. With this new funding, LambdaTest plans to double its team by the end of 2025, focusing on expanding the capabilities of its AI-driven platforms and scaling its global operations.
