Berlin-based Droidrun secured €2.1 million in pre-seed funding. Merantix Capital led the round for the mobile-native AI agent infrastructure company. This investment supports Droidrun's framework development for controlling Android and iOS devices.

Droidrun converts mobile interfaces into structured text for large language models. This enables precise and fast app control. The approach turns any app into a reliable API. While many desktop AI agents exist, Droidrun focuses on mobile.

Launched recently, Droidrun quickly gained traction. Over 900 developers signed up in 24 hours. The open-source framework has 3,300+ GitHub stars. It is the fastest-growing mobile agent project.

Droidrun achieved top performance on the AndroidWorld benchmark. It outperformed traditional mobile automation tools.
