About The Role
The Staff Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff resources to meet clinical trial activity needs.
What You'll Do Here
Review study protocols and develop scheduling plans based off clinical trial activity needs.
Ensure the review and approval of scheduling plans
Proactively solve and/or escalate planning and scheduling constraints.
Maintain a continuous line of communication with clinical operations teams on the progression of clinical trial scheduling.
Collaborate with training teams to schedule trainees with trainers on clinical activity tasks.
Provide clinical trial staffing schedules to clinical operations teams in a time efficient manner.
May communicate with placement agencies in order to schedule contract employees.
Track staff availability and schedule staff appropriately.
Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.
Perform general administrative tasks when required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.
Good Communication (French and English for Montreal location)
Detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
The hourly range estimated for this position is $22 - $30/hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
