Sensmet, a Finnish company developing continuous metals monitoring technology, has secured €1.5 million from EIT RawMaterials. This investment will fund the scaling and deployment of Sensmet's µDOES technology, which provides real-time, laboratory-grade analysis of aqueous samples for critical metals like lithium. The funding aims to enhance Europe's raw materials resilience by improving efficiency and recovery in processes such as battery recycling and production.
