Resurrect Bio, an agricultural BioTech startup, has closed an oversubscribed Series A funding round at $10.3 million, following an initial close of $8 million in February 2026. This funding, led by Corteva through its Catalyst platform, will be used to scale the company's FloraFold® AI discovery platform, functional biology platform, and Resurrection platform. The company, spun out of The Sainsbury Laboratory in 2022, aims to develop disease-resistant crops and is actively seeking joint development agreements with seed companies.
