This funding round significantly strengthens H2O America's balance sheet and financial flexibility, supporting its capital expenditure plans through 2030. ATLAS Infrastructure, a specialist in global listed infrastructure investments, now holds approximately 10.8% of H2O America's voting and economic interests.
