New Collaborations

AMD is forging new strategic partnerships to advance AI and quantum computing research. A collaboration with Imperial College London will focus on computational science and large-scale computing resources for fields like healthcare and climate modeling. They will also explore optimizing AI models and scientific workflows on AMD's platforms, including its ROCm open software ecosystem, which powers advanced AI solutions like those mentioned in Meta Taps AMD for 6GW AI Buildout and aligns with AMD's broader AMD AI Strategy Targets Trillion-Dollar Compute Market.

Additionally, AMD is partnering with Oriole Networks to support the UK's Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) Scaling Inference Lab. Expanding Supercomputing Capacity

They are supporting the University of Cambridge's new Zenith AI supercomputer and the upcoming Sunrise fusion AI system.
