Stravito Enhances Integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams to Streamline Document Accessibility and Data Management

Stravito has improved its integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, simplifying the transfer and accessibility of documents. The enhancement enables automatic synchronization and uploading of SharePoint files to Stravito's platform, aiding businesses in managing and utilizing data more efficiently.

Thor Olof Philogéne, CEO of Stravito, stressed the alignment with the company's goal to facilitate data storage, discovery, and application for enterprises. The integration not only improves document accessibility but also offers seamless incorporation with existing corporate systems, straightforward onboarding for new areas or departments, and efficient management of knowledge and experience.

Stravito's enhanced feature allows for the real-time transfer of files from selected SharePoint and Microsoft Teams folders, ensuring continuous synchronization of new, modified, or deleted files. Additionally, synced files on Stravito can be organized into Collections, included in Scrapbooks, and used for setting up notifications and Insight Feeds.

Available to all Stravito customers, this new feature is user-friendly and can be set up easily at the Workspace level. Philogéne emphasizes that this advancement is aimed at saving time and providing businesses with accessible, actionable insights for informed decision-making.
