Job&Talent, a Madrid-based workforce marketplace, has successfully raised €92 million in a Series F funding round. This significant investment, valuing the company at €1.3 billion, will fuel the company's ambitious expansion plans and further development of its AI-powered workforce management platform. The funding round attracted a strong group of investors, including Atomico, BlackRock, DN Capital, Hercules, InfraVia, Kibo, and Kinnevik.
The capital will be primarily used to accelerate international growth and enhance the company's AI-driven product offerings. Job&Talent's platform already utilizes AI agents, such as Clara, to automate crucial aspects of staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance tracking. These AI tools have already demonstrated significant improvements in efficiency and productivity for clients.
The company plans to expand its AI capabilities to encompass permanent workforce management, aiming to become a comprehensive HR platform for frontline workforces. This expansion will build upon Job&Talent's existing global reach, currently spanning 10 countries, and solidify its position as a leader in the workforce management sector.
