Founded in 2024, IntuigenceAI creates synthetic AI engineers. These engineers work alongside human talent across refining, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, steelmaking, and automotive industries. Furthermore, the company aims to expand global engineering capacity significantly.
The new IntuiAI offering from IntuigenceAI combines reasoning, large language models, and agentic workflows. It automates complex industrial tasks, which typically require weeks of coordination. These AI Agents, called "Intuigents," streamline processes like maintenance planning and data analysis. Consequently, human engineers focus on innovation.
IntuiAI demonstrates impressive capabilities. The AI achieved an 81% first-time pass rate on standardized NCEES Professional Engineering exams for chemical and mechanical engineering. This performance surpasses models such as ChatGPT-4o and DeepSeek by a factor of eight.
Several Fortune 100 companies have already piloted the system. They aim to cut costs and speed up engineering workflows.
The offering operates through IntuigenceAI’s Intelligent Board platform. This platform automatically ingests live data from industrial monitoring systems. It also breaks down problems into manageable tasks. Engineers can upload technical drawings and equipment data. Synthetic engineers generate recommendations with clear checkpoints for human oversight, ensuring safety and compliance. This platform integrates with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, enabling large enterprises to deploy AI engineers at scale.
