Composio, officially Sampark Inc., secured $25 million in Series A funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round. SV Angel, HubSpot Inc. founder Dharmesh Shah, and several other backers also participated. This investment supports its platform for building artificial intelligence agents.

The company develops a cloud platform streamlining AI agent creation. It compresses complex workflows, often taking days, into minutes. Composio automates critical authentication processes for AI agents, for instance, connecting to GitHub, a Microsoft Azure-operated service.

Composio's platform integrates with over 3,000 cloud applications and tools, supporting various software development needs. Developers can connect their agents to services from providers like Google Cloud. It also supports open-source agent development frameworks, including OpenAI's Agents SDK. A reinforcement learning layer powers the platform, enabling agents to improve capabilities over time. Furthermore, agents can share task completion information.

Over 200 companies currently use Composio's platform. This includes Glean Technologies Inc., an AI productivity tool developer. The new capital will enhance the platform's features.
