Founded in 2024, WALLROUND addresses the renovation sector’s fragmented processes. Specifically, it targets property portfolios of private landlords and institutional investors.
Accelerating Renovation Efficiency
The startup offers a full-stack renovation service. This platform integrates property analysis, planning, procurement, construction, and quality assurance. New funds will expand operations across Germany. WALLROUND also plans to automate planning workflows. Furthermore, the company will grow its team in tech, operations, and product development. Consequently, the company formed an advisory board, with Kai Enders joining. He is a former DACH CEO of Engel & Völkers.
