The new update makes Riverside.FM usable. EDIT: UNUSABLE -- not usable-- my bad (can't change title) I don't know what you guys did but I can't access my projects or make any edits... whatever major updates you guys just pushed to productio…
I canceled my Riverside.fm subscription in mid-May. My account and emails showed my Pro plan ending May 28, and my dashboard switched to the Free plan after that date. Despite this, I was still charged in June.
Riverside you guys are the worst support i have ever seen in my whole life, or let me refrase NO supprt. Why would you use AI to reply to an email with no understanding....
However, after only a month of using it and just four episodes in, I've realized how unreliable and notoriously unstable the platform is. First off, most of their AI tools seem to be pure gimmicks that simply don't work.
Riverside FM is the worst don't use it!. Save your time and money! I have a podcast that I create and upload to Spotify. I use Loom and other software to Record and edit my audio video podcast.
Each quote is copied word for word and links to where it was posted. Promotion and off-topic posts are filtered out.
