We developed a new type of virtual therapist Emily and we transferred the control over the treatment to the patient. With the support and guidance of Emily who is always up-to-date, never forgets and learns and adapts to each patient and the patients ability to decide on the pace and intensity, we felt we had a winning solution.Stuttering was the first application we tackled. We added adaptive features that personalize the solution per patient. We added realistic scenario practices, emotional support modules and tips. Today, with many happy, fluent users, we are continuously tweaking and improving our product and at the same time working hard on additional speech disorders, so we can help more people, to help themselves.
