Locai Labs

Locai Labs is the UK's sovereign AI company focused on developing and deploying advanced AI models and infrastructure entirely within the UK. Their mission is to reclaim British digital autonomy by providing a domestic alternative to foreign-owned AI and cloud services. They aim to build the UK's first pre-trained, sovereign Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure data security, residency, and compliance for public and private sectors. Locai Labs also launched Locai, a general AI assistant powered by their foundational LLM, Locai L1-Large.
