DayOne Accelerator

DayOne Accelerator is a Basel-based program launched in 2018 that focuses on supporting early-stage healthtech and techbio startups aiming to accelerate pharmaceutical research and development. It offers a three-month hybrid accelerator program, providing direct access to industry experts, tailored support, and connections with leading life science companies, research institutions, mentors, and investors. The program is equity-free and fee-free, designed for ventures developing solutions in areas like drug discovery, clinical development, clinical trials optimization, biomarkers, companion diagnostics, data layers for R&D, organ-on-chip systems, organoids, non-animal methods, lab automation, and AI tools for clinical trials. Beyond the accelerator, DayOne offers post-programme support through DayOne NEXT, which can include cash grants, tailored services, and office space.
