Instead of swiping, Date Drop uses a detailed questionnaire, open-ended responses, and voice conversations to understand users deeply. It then provides one compatible match per week, with a reported 10x higher conversion rate to actual dates compared to Tinder. The service has gained traction at Stanford and has expanded to over 10 other universities, with plans for broader city rollouts. Date Drop is the first service from its parent company, The Relationship Company, which is a public benefit corporation focused on facilitating all meaningful relationships.
