Cortex AI is building the world’s most diverse and large-scale real-world workplace robot and egocentric dataset, positioning the physical world as the next training and evaluation set for embodied AI. They support frontier labs developing robotics foundation models and general-purpose robots by providing essential data. This includes egocentric data from real workplaces with hand and body pose, depth, and subtask annotations, as well as robot trajectories collected directly in real workplaces through industry partners. Cortex AI also facilitates human-in-the-loop rollouts and evaluations, capturing recovery data for edge cases to create a continuous data flywheel, where every deployment adds experience that feeds back into training. The company also operates the Cortex Marketplace, enabling workplaces to get paid for hosting data-collection and evaluation sessions, while labs gain access to crucial in-the-wild data.
