Tabnine just cancelled my Pro account and issued a full refund for the year. I had an open support ticket because I noticed that no matter which Claude model you select in Tabnine, it seems to always use an older Claude 3.5 variant.
Also tried Tabnine for the same price, 10$/month. Recently switched to Augment and the autocompletion is much better because it feeds from my project context (Tabnine also do this but Augment is really much better).
Any free alternatives to tabnine/copilot?. I was delighted to see tabnine had a free mode which provided basic code completion and chat. Now it seems like they have pulled the plug on that, it says tabnine free is no longer available?
I signed up for tab9 last year and thought I would give it a try. It was fairly decent at suggesting code, however, I have since found alternatives that are free on huggingface.
Tabnine – Like a cheap knockoff of Copilot that tries really hard but still manages to disappoint.
