I have contacted Airtel customer care more than 20 times regarding my Unlimited 5G issue. Every single time I am told to switch Airplane Mode on/off, restart my phone, and wait for an escalation. Yet the problem remains unresolved.
Rn I have airtel and tbh, it's a complete scam. The unlimited 5G doesn't work at all, even before the 300gb commercial limit is reached. The LTE based NSA doesn't work.
WHY? Because Airtel managed to fuck up my connection for nearly 30 fucking days straight. I have 3 ISPs, so my work didn’t die, but my office network (running on their Static IP) was completely useless.
Airtel gave me recycled number, now I can login to strangers account.. I recently bought a new sim airtel card. I didn't share new number with anyone. I started to get calls from unknown numbers.
