Technologist an experienced technical manager, specializing in Engineering, AI and Machine Learning systems. My main passion is innovation, AI and using these both to solve engineering problems creatively. I believe in leadership by example, and in building a culture that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing. - 10+ years experience managing and scaling agile engineering groups and teams inside high growth start-ups as well as within Enterprise tech companies. - 12+ years collaborating closely with Product Management to build systems which produce business value. I have extensive experience building and managing cross functional SWE & ML groups in startups and enterprises. I worked on enterprise SaaS at Microsoft, as well as consumer products. I have Fintech experience, and am experienced in building large scale search, information retrieval, recommendation systems and intelligent data pipelines, as well as full stack development.
