Our unique app meets the need of households for assistance in managing the bureaucratic and legal aspects of household workers employment. As such, it enables household employers to efficiently calculate and deliver obligatory and other payments for workers. As one of the founders of Workito and its CTO, I manage the technological aspects of the system we developed, including interface with users, and continuously work to extend its functions. Besides that, I'm a hands-on manager: managing both internal and external R&D teams including professional managing of the development efforts and day to day activities, coding and debugging, product road-map planning and execution.
