I am an experienced engineering manager with a strong technological background in developing large scale cloud services. As an engineering leader, I drive the delivery of customer scenarios end to end, starting from shaping the product experience through collaborate with partner teams/stakeholders (research, PMs), participate in service designs and follow it up to production. My focus is on high service availability, high performance, code quality and minimum overhead. As a people manager I'm working by the Model, Coach & Care approach. I believe that as a manger you should focus on creating a positive and encouraging environment by providing an example. I have a track record of building an effective team in a challenging and demanding environment by improving different processes, reduce overhead, care your people needs, fostering teamwork and improve communication.
