Tomer Sharoni

With over 18 years of experience in product management and leadership, I am the co-founder and CEO of Addressable.io, a start-up that provides data solutions for online advertising. I have a strong background in data products, technology start-ups, and product management, as well as a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University. At Addressable.io, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative Web3 Growth Suite that helps advertisers reach their target audiences and measure their campaign performance. Previously, I was the VP Product at Salt Security, where I built and launched a groundbreaking product that protects APIs from cyberattacks. Before that, I was the Director of Product Management at a leading tech unit in the Israeli government, where I managed complex and high-impact projects in the fields of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and e-government. My mission is to create data-driven products that solve real-world problems and deliver value to customers and stakeholders. I am passionate about building diverse and inclusive organizations, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning, and empowering managers in all fields to grow and excel in their roles.
