I have been lucky to combine two great joys of mines, biology and food, under the purpose of animal welfare and ecological conservation. As a biologist with extensive knowledge in stem cell derivation and culturing, and with my past experience in cultured-meat bioprocess establishment and product development, I set to bring new food solutions to make our world greener, healthier, and cleaner.
