I am an R&D Manager and Hands-on Technical Leader with vast experience in system software programming. Professional experience - I have years of work experience in SW engineering in medical systems and devices development process including system architecture, design, and SW implementation for multidisciplinary systems to meet high regulation standards for FDA. Team leading capabilities - Over 15 years of mentoring, leading and managing teams of highly motivated software engineers including buildup, starting from scratch, several successive software teams who proved to deliver unique and innovative products while meeting both budget and schedule. Innovation and creativity - Invented and implemented medical devices that solve real-world problems in the medical industry. Products that I am responsible for are sold over the world and perform excellent reliability. Hands-on software programming – For over 20 years developing software on complicated distributed multiprocessors embedded/real-time platforms for both high and low-level C/CPP/Java/C# and other. Lots of experience in programming to best efficiency code while taking to an extreme the use of HW components and architecture (such as Multi-Core/GPUs, Cache levels, Interrupt Controllers, DMA’s, networking and much more). I hold a B.Sc. in software engineering (Cum Laude) and MBA from the Technion.
