Galleon (acquired by Stash) has been acquired by Stash ! When Or and I started working together, we made one vow: the no Shvizut Motzash rule. (Non-Hebrew-speaking friends: think “Sunday Scaries”, and don’t look for a literal translation 😏) The rule is simple: When the weekend ends, we should feel excited, not bummed. If we feel that excitement, we know we believe in our path and enjoy the people around us. This rule became our compass. It helped us build companies we love, make tough calls, and process hundreds of millions of dollars a year. You could say we earned frequent-flyer status in Gilad Almog 's office, coming back again and again for guidance and inspiration. About a year ago, in one of those conversations, he shared his vision for Direct-to-Consumer gaming. Or and I looked at each other and instantly knew. It checked every box: a massive opportunity and a chance to work closely with the SuperPlay team. That day, we decided to bootstrap Galleon. SuperPlay started as our first customer, but quickly became much more. Together, we built the most effective DTC suite for games, and we learned what a true winning culture looks like. Gilad and Eyal Netzer created something remarkable, and Naama Fogel protects it masterfully. Working with them made me genuinely excited to start every week. Ultimately, the no Shvizut Motzash rule is what led us to join Stash. When we met Justin Kan , Robin Chan , and Henry Lowenfels , the connection was immediate. We shared the same vision for the future of the market and the same values. That level of alignment in both business and culture made teaming up with Stash feel completely natural.
