Skyline was acquired by American investors in 2004 . - Compro Software Systems Ltd, which became one of Israel’s leading software houses. Compro was acquired by an American investment group in 1997 as the basis for forming Ness Technologies. - Currently Arik is the entrepreneur and manager of a startup in the area of Future of Work, developing a platform for the acquisition of Life Long Learning skills (3L) that will allow people to survive and prosper in the fast changing professional job market. Arik holds a B.Sc. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an M.A in Political Sciences/National Security Program from Tel Aviv University.
