Megan Claydon

Megan Claydon is the SVP, Commercial at Nexus Data Centers, where she brings deep expertise in long-term utility contracting, scaling capital, and commercial finance. She provides financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and manages the company's capital structure and investor relations. She also develops financial models for data center deals and infrastructure contracts, and leads pricing strategy and major negotiations, including gas and electricity agreements.
